Acceptance
By downloading or using CleanerUp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your content
You retain ownership of your photos, videos, and contacts. You are responsible for reviewing selections before deleting or merging data.
No warranty
CleanerUp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Cleanup suggestions are aids for review; always verify important media before removal.
Premium Purchases
CleanerUp offers optional Premium access as Apple In-App Purchases. Current plans include:
- Weekly auto-renewable subscription
- Monthly auto-renewable subscription
- Lifetime one-time purchase (non-consumable)
Prices are set in App Store Connect and shown by Apple at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by storefront, country, currency, and applicable taxes. The price presented by Apple is authoritative. CleanerUp does not hardcode a single worldwide price on this website.
Apple processes payment and billing. CleanerUp does not collect payment card details and does not process App Store charges on its own servers. CleanerUp uses Adapty as infrastructure to configure paywalls and determine Premium entitlement. Adapty is a service provider to CleanerUp; purchasing CleanerUp Premium does not mean you separately enter into CleanerUp’s commercial account agreement with Adapty. Adapty’s terms for its services are available at adapty.io/terms.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Weekly and Monthly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. They renew automatically unless you cancel according to Apple’s subscription terms, typically at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account / App Store subscription settings.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It does not automatically renew and should not be treated as a recurring subscription.
Deleting CleanerUp from your device does not by itself cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel through Apple Account settings if you no longer want renewal.
Restore Purchases
CleanerUp provides a Restore Purchases action in the app (including the Premium paywall and Settings). Restore can re-apply eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple’s and Adapty’s supported purchase and account behaviour.
Refunds
App Store purchases and refund requests are generally handled by Apple. CleanerUp does not independently issue App Store refunds. You can request support through Apple’s purchase and refund process, for example via reportaproblem.apple.com.
